As a wife, and a mom of 3, 2 being very active toddlers, I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the everyday life of taking care of others.
So I’m using my NASM CPT and Yoga certifications along with my love for sensuality and sisterhood to reach every mother, sister, daughter, aunt and grandmothers, wives and remind her that she is a beautiful woman that deserves to take time to take care of her first through gifting herself a healthy lifestyle that will give her confidence in her different walks in life.
Twerk Werk, Monday 7pm (PST)
Booty moving, dance cardio with step-by-step instruction, the newest dance music and lots of sweat. (45min)
Sexy N Fit Full Body Workout, Tuesday 12pm (PST)
This group workout uses both body weight & light to medium dumbbells to build a stronger and leaner you with traditional bootcamp style exercises (45min)
Tease & Tone, Wednesday 7pm (PST)
This class focuses on the sensuality of moving your body for your health. Sexy dance movements and slowed down traditional exercises to a sexy groove heats up the calorie burn and even the libido. (45min)
Hot Moms Workshop, Thursday 5:30pm (PST)
This class invites you to incorporate your infant/toddler in your workout by either using them as a weight or just being a visual example of a healthy lifestyle by inviting your little on to try the workout with you. If your little one stop being interested we encourage you to keep going with your self care workout (45min)
Camp #FitN2UrSexy, Sunday 9:00am (PST)
This class is going to challenge your body with high intensity cardio and strength training using body weight and light dumbells (3lbs-8lbs). Modification exercises will be offered for those who need it, but this is not the time to slack on your journey to #FitN2UrSexy (45min)
